  • Abu Dhabi Food Law outlines that food operators, in addition to their adherence to HACCP guidelines, are responsible for controlling contaminants, pests and diseases of animals from gaining access to places where food is prepared, handled or stored (Art. 55 Reg. No. 6/2010).
